Returns/Exchanges For Online Purchases

MLA Golf wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you want to cancel your order (right to retract), please contact us within 7 days after the purchase for a full refund of the product price if items are unopened. If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, we invite you to notify your problem first. You may then return it within 20 days of shipment to replace it (if damaged), upgrade it (from Target Series to Tour Series only) or for a refund of the product price (valid for the Tour Series putter only, no applicable on Limited Editions).

This does NOT include shipping, handling, or any customization charges that may have been assessed. Buyer pays return shipping. A restocking fee of 10% may apply.

To qualify for a refund: 
• The item must be returned in perfect condition. 
• Accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 
• Must be complete with all parts and accessories intact.

Credit Card Refunds 
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
